Return Policy:
AAA
Communications LLC is committed to quality and 100% customer
satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product or service you
may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are
not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be
followed for returning merchandise:
All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.
All
orders must have a return authorization code (RA#) from AA
Communications before being sent back to us. Any package without an RA#
will not be accepted. Please call 317-219-0366 to get an RA# or email
us at communicationsaa@gmail.com. We will be happy to help you.
Once the RA# is noted on the package, products should be returned to the following address:

Refunds for returns received within 30 days from the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type.Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.
AAA Communications LLC not responsible for lost or damaged returns that
you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via
USPS, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature
Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package
returned. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any
reason, we will not replace or refund your order.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.

Order Processing:
Normal
order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday –
Friday). Please allow extra time during April - July Months.
Shipping Delivery:
All
orders will be shipped out UPS Ground unless notified otherwise.
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery
for any shipping method except Same Day. Please call or email if
you need expedited shipping as extra fees will need to be added Some
items cannot be shipped using Second Day, Next Day or Same Day due to
size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items
will only have Standard Ground available. All products will be shipped
from our Noblesville Indiana office unless specified. Please note
that orders could arrive in multiple packages. |
